The Wartburg itself as UNESCO world-heritage site already offers many reasons for a cultural program. Eisenach, though, came to international fame not only because of the Wartburg but also because of Martin Luther’s translation of the New Testament and as the city of birth of Johann Sebastian Bach.
A part from the better known places of interest a large number of interesting museums offers ample diversion during your stay.
In close proximity, just a few minutes distance by car, the sportive guest has the possibility of playing golf or tennis or of horse riding. Hiking, jogging or Nordic Walking is possible starting directly at the hotel.
